Purchasing any of our services you automatically agree to these terms and conditions:

.A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required on all courses, which will be deducted off the full price of your chosen course.

.All cancellations require a minimum of 1 hours notice to your booking time, anything after this will be counted as a session.

.If you cancel more than 2 sessions from the 6 week course, or 3 sessions from the 8 week course (including puppy courses) you will be charged at the single session rate of however many sessions you have had and refunded (if possible) the remaining amount.

.If we need to rearrange your training session then we will give you at least 2 hours notice before your booking time. Each session is up to 1 hour long

.If we arrive for the training session and you are not present, that will be counted as a session.

.All the moneys for training courses will be due in full on the first session, there are no refunds if you choose not to go ahead with all the sessions.

.You consent to the use of training aids that may be needed in helping your reach your desired goals with your dog, these include but are not limited to slip leads, prong collars, e-collars etc.

.Training is not a guarantee as each dog is an indvidual, and each dog learns differently. But with continued support from owners, your dog will benefit from training. 

.The terms and conditions for Board and Train or Home Boarding are set out in the contracts on an individual basis as these are tailored to the client and the dog.
